Questions before you apply.

Do I need Jiu-Jitsu experience?
No. The program is built for your level. If you've never trained BJJ before, we start at the beginning. If you have, we sharpen what you already have.
What if I have a busy schedule?
The program is built for men with real responsibilities. Sessions and habits are structured around your work and family, not the other way around.
Can this be done online?
Yes. In-person coaching is in Dubai, but the strength, nutrition, and accountability layers run fully online with weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support.
What if I travel often?
Travel is built into the plan. We adjust your training and nutrition to fit hotel gyms, time zones, and long trips. No restarts.
Is this just personal training?
No. This is full-spectrum coaching: training, BJJ, nutrition, recovery, and accountability. Personal training only covers the gym hour. This covers your standard.
How much does it cost?
